Prior to Real Estate, John held Tennis Industry Leadership positions from training tennis coaches throughout North America, USTA Mid-Atlantic President/National Committees like National Tennis Center Vice-Chairman (US OPEN Home) and owning a Professional Women's Tournament acclaimed for its community involvement and Girl Scouts partnership. He is a PTR International Master Tennis Professional – a lifetime achievement award given to 55 of PTR's 16,000 member-coaches in 122 countries.
